At the beginning of summer, I stumbled across the Summer Fun Calendar from HandLetteredDesign.com and loved being able to see all the fun plans coming up! Instead of being limited to what was happening this week or this month, it's a vision board of adventures! We saw all of our trips, dentist appointments, play dates, family photos... and it created excitement!
Hitting mid-August now, my summer calendar won't last much longer but I wanted to be able to look forward with excitement to the next phase of adventures -- so I made a Fall Fun Calendar!

Not only does it help with scheduling and organizing, but:
- We get family-time together with coloring the themed characters,
- It involves the kids in family goals and planning,
- We can more easily see and plan for upcoming school holidays,
- It acts like a journal, to see what craziness we've been up to,
- and I realize why I'm so tired at the end of the week!
