Utah Version - GOBK2CA Recalled Nevada License Plate Sticker

 I posted my Nevada version of this license plate, and had a request for a Utah version! Short story is:

The Nevada DMV got a complaint about this vanity license plate, GOBK2CA, short for "Go Back to California." As per policy, they went to recall that license plate, and it caused quite the uproar! And this last week, after a formal review, they allowed him to keep the license plate.
