My sons and daughters have the most marvelous eyelashes, while mine are getting increasingly more sparse! I’m sure it has to do with getting older, and my habit of rubbing off my mascara while on phone calls and rubbing my eyes doesn’t help my eyelashes grow to their potential.

I am very impressed with their regular and waterproof mascaras, not just for their density and boldness, but because it holds growth serum as well. If I’m going to put mascara on anyway, I might as well get some added growth benefit! The two different kinds have different wands that give a different look as well. The waterproof version is better for density, especially at the eyelash base, where the regular version is better for length and separating the lashes.

I purchased my first two adhesive lash sets over Black Friday 2021 - The Happy Medium and The Shorties. The band is clear and bends easily to fit your eye. These lashes attach under your eyelashes for a more natural look, and the adhesive lasts for a few days. I have the bad habit of rubbing my eyes, and I love hot, steamy showers, so the adhesive doesn’t stay on me as long. I just make sure to touch up the lashes after each shower by reattaching loose segments, and I can get about a week per set.
As for the styles, The Happy Mediums were too intense for me, as I like a more minimal look. I love The Shorties though, as they are just the right amount of flair. You can see the different styles on their website though, or take a STYLE QUIZ.

Also, make sure to apply enough adhesive to each segment and to let the glue become tacky before putting it on your lashes. I will prep one segment (cut off any extra band and apply the glue), and then prep a second segment before applying the first segment to my real lashes. I get impatient waiting for the glue to get tacky, so this becomes a way for me to force some patience.

Some other application tips:
Since I’m right handed, I start by applying on my left eye because I have more patience at the beginning, and the stretching around your face can get tricky. Having a magnifying makeup mirror is helpful too so you can see exactly where you are applying the lashes! Start applying the segments at the outside corner of your eye, so you aren’t left with bald space. If your eyes are smaller, use fewer segments. Curling your real eyelashes beforehand helps with application, and then curling your lashes ones the extensions are applied and have had a minute to dry helps to bond them together.

These are not bad lashes, I just didn’t like them as well as FlutterHabit (see above). The eyelash band is black, which is great for making your lashes look thicker. The band is also made of a stiffer material though, which makes it more difficult to form to your eye shape. My husband thought I looked ridiculous after a day or two when the edges of the segments would pop off the lash and stick straight out. It just doesn’t stay as natural looking for as long.
Runway Eyes:
To be honest, maybe daily serums just aren’t for me because I have such inconsistent application. Maybe that’s why they don’t work super well for me. But my sister-in-law, Cassie, loves this serum. LINK HERE FOR HER RESULTS
