I'm not a fan of auto-pay for bills for our family. Our finances are always changing, and we may not have money in that selected account when it's time for payments, etc.

Round up on how much you're paying, round down for how much is coming in. Usually I round it to the nearest $50. It just gives it a little more space.
To find out how much money we have to play with for that bill pay period:
((Checking Account 1 - Checking Account Minimum 1) + Savings Account 1) + (Checking Account 2)
Paying Two Weeks Out
So things don't get overlooked. When times get tight, I will do weekly. It also gives me some space in case I forget one week.
